A standing date in the calendar where your work gets seen. Submit up to three frames at least 48 hours before the session, and everyone who submits gets looked at, roughly three minutes each, order drawn at random. The hour closes with one teaching point built from whatever the month's work actually needed.
No curriculum, no homework, no catching up. Just the room, every month, with photographers working at it as seriously as you are.
