Sabbia e Sale (Sand & Salt) is a photographic project made along the Mediterranean coast of Sardinia, shaped by the climate, light, and physical presence of the sea. The work looks at how the Mediterranean defines behavior—how people move, gather, rest, and expose themselves to sun, salt, and heat.

Rather than focusing on place as destination, the project responds to the Mediterranean as a force: something that marks bodies, dictates rhythm, and blurs the line between routine and ritual. The images sit in that tension, where summer feels endless and time loosens its grip.
